This is your chance to join a dynamic team working on the iconic NYC Football Club Project at Etihad Park in Willets Point, Queens, NY.
Scope of Work
J.C. Steel Erectors is seeking MWBE firms to take part in several crucial aspects of this high-profile project. Below are the scopes of work available for qualified firms:
- Metal Deck: Installation of metal deck, including safety post and cable installation.
- Precast Stadia: Installation of all precast stadia elements.
- Structural Steel & Metal Deck (West Building): Contributions to the structural steel framework and metal decking.
- Beer Garden Construction: Assistance with structural steel, metal decking, and precast stairs.
- Crane Rental with Operator: Provision of cranes, including LTM1250 and LR1300.
- Trucking Services: Jobsite jockeying and efficient on-site transportation.
- Lift Rental: Availability of high-reach lifts, including articulating boom lifts (150′ and 135′), scissor lifts (40′), and telehandlers (12,000 lbs capacity).
- Office Trailer Rental: Supply of office trailers or Conex containers measuring 8’x40′.
