- Virtual: 60-minute online assessment/session (Self-Guided)
- In-Person: 1Day: 8-hour workshop (8:30am – 4:30pm)
- Virtual: 60-minute post training support briefing (1 on 1)
About Phil: Phil Rugile has extensive experience in corporate and startup environments, driving workforce development and entrepreneurship. He is the Executive Director of the Institute for Workforce Advancement (IWA), a non-profit focused on training an advanced manufacturing workforce, with an emphasis on underserved communities and industrial employees. IWA also champions the composites industry, fostering growth in renewable energy, transportation, and related sectors. In 2021, Phil founded oswsupplychain.org, an educational platform that connects industry, education, labor, and government to build a robust offshore wind supply chain. He also leads Launchpad Huntington, a hub for entrepreneurial activity, investment, and mentorship. His non-profit roles include Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Hofstra University and advisory positions with Minority Millennials and the National Center for Disability Entrepreneurship. Previously, he held leadership roles at eGifter, Accelerate Long Island, 100 Urban Entrepreneurs, MYMAG, Reuters, and Times Mirror.
