I the undersigned have read and understand, and freely and voluntarily enter into this Release
and Hold Harmless Agreement with Local Content and the host site, understanding that this
Release and Hold Harmless Agreement is a waiver of any and all liability(ies).

• I understand the potential dangers that I could incur by participating as a visitor, vendor, volunteer
  and/or sponsor; including, but not limited to, any interactions with other vehicles. Understanding
  those risks I hereby release that Company, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees,
  volunteers, contractors, and anyone else directly or indirectly connected with that Company from
  any liability whatsoever in the event of injury or damage of any nature (or perhaps even death) to
  me or anyone else caused by or incidental to my electing to participate in said event.

• I understand and recognize and warrant that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement, is
  being voluntarily and intentionally signed and agreed to and that in signing this Release and Hold
  Harmless Agreement I know and understand that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement
  may further limit the liability of event professionals to include any activity, whatsoever, involving a
  vehicle, including death, personal injury and/or damage to property.

Local Content and the host site, is absolved of all liability for anyone infected with coronavirus
during their visit. By entering Local Content and the host site events and property, you
voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. We will take all measures
necessary to keep our property as safe and comfortable as possible for our guests amid the
coronavirus pandemic, but please understand that there is a shared responsibility between
visitors and host organizations

• I further voluntarily agree and warrant to Release and Hold Harmless this (these) event
  professional(s) from any liability whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any incident caused by
  or related to said event professional’s (s’) negligence, relating to injuries known, unknown, or
  otherwise not herein disclosed; including, but not limited to, injuries, death or property damage, in
  any capacity; or my failure to understand any event professional’s directions relating to my
  participation or otherwise use and control, or lack thereof.
• I hereby grant Local Content and the host site permission to use my likeness in a photograph,
  video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based
  publications, without payment or other consideration.
• I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of Local Content and the host
  site, and will not be returned.
• I hereby irrevocably authorize Local Content and the host site to edit, alter, copy, exhibit,
  publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect
  or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to
  royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.
• I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Local Content and the host site from all
  claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors,
  administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may
  have by reason of this authorization.
