NOMINATE + JOIN THE LOCAL CONTENT POWER LIST MARKETPLACE
The global competition for investment, talent and economic opportunity is changing. Companies and governments are looking beyond traditional measures of growth to understand which markets have the infrastructure, workforce, suppliers, incentives and quality of life needed to compete.
The 2027 Global Local Content Power List, part of Local Content Global Networks, identifies the places and professionals helping shape that future. The year-round rankings and digital marketplace connect governments, companies, investors, professionals, workers and communities across 10 global regions: the United States, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, Central America, South America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.
The Power List spans the infrastructure industries driving global investment and economic growth, including energy, oil and gas, renewable energy, power and utilities, transportation and mobility, maritime and ports, logistics, construction and engineering, manufacturing, semiconductors, mining and critical minerals, defense and aerospace, AI and data infrastructure, telecommunications and broadband, housing and real estate, healthcare, agriculture, public infrastructure, sports and entertainment, and tourism and hospitality.
Five annual Power Lists provide distinct perspectives on where opportunity is emerging.
Best Places to Invest ranks markets positioned to attract capital, infrastructure and business growth. Tax Credits and Incentives Providers recognizes professionals helping companies and projects identify, secure, comply with and optimize tax credits, incentives, grants and public investment programs.
Best Places to Work, Live and Play recognizes markets creating the conditions for strong careers, thriving communities and quality of life. Best Places to Visit highlights destinations distinguished by tourism, hospitality, culture, entertainment, attractions and visitor experiences.
Finally, the Local Content Power List of Professionals recognizes leaders advancing workforce development, supplier development and community benefit investment across public and private infrastructure industries.
More Than a Ranking
The Global Local Content Power List is also a year-round marketplace for business development and opportunity.
Professionals and organizations looking to shape the marketplace, strengthen their subject-matter authority and build business-development relationships can purchase tickets, exhibitor opportunities and sponsorship partnerships. These opportunities provide additional ways to showcase expertise, participate in programming, share insights and resources, connect with decision-makers and develop relationships across priority industries and global markets.
Recognition and paid participation remain separate. Power List recognition is based on the applicable ranking or selection process, while tickets, exhibiting and sponsorship provide additional marketplace visibility and engagement opportunities.
