The annual List recognizes four categories:

Technology, equipment and software solutions improving production efficiency, project management and creative success.

04 | Film Production Suppliers
Businesses providing equipment, transportation, catering, professional services and specialized resources that productions need.

How the Ranking Works

The List combines public recognition and local market engagement.

50% | Public Vote
Voting is built into free and paid registration for the Local Content Film Tax Credit Marketplace and Global Film Tax Credit Week. Participants can nominate across all four categories.

50% | Market Report Engagement
For Film Commissions, engagement is measured by participation in the Global Film Tax Credits Local Content Market Report from stakeholders within the jurisdiction the commission directly serves.

For Filmmakers + Creators, Film Products and Film Production Suppliers, engagement is measured by Market Report participation within the nominee’s headquarters or primary market.

This creates an opportunity for markets and organizations of different sizes to compete based on public support and engagement, not size alone.

Results are reviewed and validated by the Local Content Film Tax Credit Council.
